Scott, the owner of Beaver Overhead Door, was initially drawn to the company by its small, quaint nature and excellent reputation. From day one, it resonated with him deeply. Over time, his perception of the company has only grown more positive as he’s seen it thrive and maintain its strong reputation.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys unwinding in hot springs, the mountains, or at the lake. Despite being a self-proclaimed workaholic, he is also a foodie with a love for great food and ambiance. One of his most memorable projects was installing a massive 40’ x 30’ rolling steel door. The sheer size of the door and the flawless teamwork required to install it made the project stand out as picture perfect.

Scott embraces challenges and thrives on taking on jobs that others can’t handle. His motivation comes from the great team and wealth of knowledge they collectively possess. The best advice he’s received is to keep his head up, focus forward, and always look at the big picture. Scott fosters camaraderie by working side by side with his team, training them hands-on. He feels particularly proud to be part of Beaver Overhead Door because his team is not just his support system but also his family.

When Jeremy joined the Beaver Overhead Door family, he was excited about the opportunity to create something tangible with his own hands and hard work while contributing to the company’s growth. Jeremy takes pride in being part of a team that collaborates seamlessly, particularly during challenging projects like installing doors at mine sites, which require exceptional efficiency and communication skills.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys unwinding by camping and relaxing in the mountains with family and friends. This time in nature helps him reset and recharge. Jeremy believes in the mantra “adapt, overcome, and learn” when facing challenges, and he finds motivation in pushing through tough times and celebrating successes with his team. He feels proud to see the company grow and succeed together every day, embracing the unity and camaraderie that define Beaver Overhead Door. If given the chance, Jeremy would love to switch roles with Blue, the K9 morale booster, whose joyful presence lifts everyone’s spirits at work.

Over time, he has seen the company transform into a tightly-knit community that values communication and strong relationships. One of his most memorable projects was the big ad rolling steel installation at The Mine, a testament to the team’s seamless collaboration and efficiency.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys unwinding by mountain biking and immersing himself in music. He approaches challenges with unwavering determination and stays motivated by focusing on progress and improvement. The best advice he’s received from a coworker is to keep moving forward, a principle he embraces daily. Ben also cherishes the lighter moments with his team, such as their “safety meetings,” which reinforce the strong camaraderie within the group. Proud of the company’s significant growth and improvements, Ben is content with his current role and remains dedicated to advancing alongside Beaver Overhead Door.

Brea And Blue
Brea & Blue

Brea was initially attracted to Beaver Overhead Door by the opportunity to explore a new field and embrace the unique experiences it offers. Over time, her perception of the company has grown into one of deep appreciation for the supportive and collaborative environment. One of her favorite ways to unwind outside of work is by cooking, baking, and playing with her dog, Blue, who also happens to be the office’s beloved K9 morale booster.

Facing challenges with a mindset of evaluation and overcoming, Brea sees every day as a new opportunity to learn and grow. The best advice she’s received is to focus on the good and learn from the bad together, fostering a sense of camaraderie within the team. Brea feels particularly proud to be part of Beaver Overhead Door every day, as she gets to hear about the team’s successes and accomplishments, often shared by happy customers.

Cody was initially attracted to Beaver Overhead Door after observing their excellent service and communication. Since joining, he has come to appreciate the supportive and effective management team, which he considers the best he has ever worked for.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys gaming, playing guitar, and drawing to unwind and recharge. One of his most memorable projects was his first rolling steel installation, where he found it fascinating to see how such heavy doors are installed. Cody approaches challenges as learning opportunities, staying motivated by the sense of accomplishment that comes from overcoming difficult days. The best advice he’s received is to take a break and think things through rather than stressing out.

Cody values the camaraderie fostered during the team’s morning preparations, where they sit together, help each other load for the day, and share advice. His most memorable project was working on Calgon Carbon, where the team’s collective problem-solving efforts and collaboration left a lasting impression.

The best advice he’s received is to leverage the diverse expertise of his colleagues to find solutions. He fosters camaraderie and collaboration by maintaining a friendly and positive attitude. A moment that made him particularly proud was seeing a very positive Google review from a customer he worked with. Tank was initially attracted to joining the Beaver Overhead Door family because he needed to provide better for his wife and daughter. Since then, his perception of the company has evolved into one of deep appreciation for its supportive and family-oriented environment.

A fun fact about Tank that his coworkers might not know is that he is very into poetry and creative writing. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughter. One of his most memorable projects was working at the airport, where he handled fun but heavy doors.

Tank and his team share a love for gardening, which has become an inside joke among them. When facing challenges or setbacks, he takes a step back to “smell the flowers,” which helps him reset and refocus. The best piece of advice he’s received from a coworker is from Cody: “Tank!! Don’t put your fingers there!!!”

Outside of work, Matt unwinds by going home and spending time with his family. A fun fact about him that his coworkers might not know is that he enjoys relaxing with his loved ones. His most memorable project was the FCI job, which stood out because it took the entire day to complete a single door, highlighting the team’s dedication and perseverance.

Matt finds motivation during tough times by thinking of his daughters. The best piece of advice he’s received at Beaver Overhead Door is to work safely.

He feels particularly proud to be part of the Beaver Overhead Door team whenever they successfully complete a door installation. If he could switch roles with another team member for a day, he would choose Tank, so he wouldn’t have to deal with the tablet.
